In this week’s blog post I am sharing with you a brand new 21 Day Happiness Habits Challenge, based on the six elements of the Therapeutic Lifestyle Change program by Dr. Stephen Ilardi. This program, shared by Dr. Ilardi in his book “The Depression Cure: The 6 Step Program to Beat Depression Without Drugs has been clinically researched and proven to create significant improvements in mood and happiness levels, and has been shown to be effective in the treatment of depression.

The 21 Day Happiness Habits Challenge invites you to customize and implement these simple happiness-boosting habits in your own life for 21 days, with a free workbook and tracking worksheets to help you.

The workbook is available to download for free for members of the ‘From Surviving to Thriving’ Facebook group – if you are not already a member you can join here and download your free copy today!

If you’re looking for simple, practical techniques you can implement on a daily basis to feel better and happier every day, this challenge is definitely worth checking out!

You can also read about my own personal experience implementing the six habits here, including how I customized them to fit my lifestyle, the challenges I had putting them into practice, and some of the techniques I used to work through them.
